WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
The current shipping method available for all orders is USPS First Class Shipping.
Free Shipping
We offer free Standard shipping on all orders.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and a tracking number. Orders will ship out within 1 to 2 business days, warehouse closed on weekends so if an order is placed on the weekend, we will ship it the next business day. We are not responsible for lost packages after status updates to DELIVERED. Delivery timeframe is subject to the carrier but external delays may occur i.e. holiday delays, natural disasters, etc.
Warranty Replacement
For product replacements, we charge a shipping and handling fee of $8.95 for all PowerPeak, Base and USG, excluding screen protectors. For screen protectors, the fee is $7.95.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
